My head hurts
it feels like
I’ve been drinking
For a while now
It almost feels real
Almost feels like
I’ll wake up
And the headache
Already gone
Your hands on my head
Brushing through my hair
Big bright smile of yours
And I’m almost alive
Everything, almost real
Yet, every morning
It hits me
Pushing me back
To where it hurts
The most.
